For confidential projects, Hemtom can work under a signed NDA or other agreed confidentiality terms before sensitive project information is shared.

Unreleased Product Designs
Appearance and functional prototypes are often developed before a product is launched. The prototype itself may represent a new product, a new product version or a pre-launch design that is not yet public.
CAD & CMF Files
Prototype manufacturing may require customers to provide CAD files, such as STEP or STL files, together with CMF specifications covering materials, colors, finishes and surface requirements.
Proprietary Engineering Information
Project information may include dimensions, tolerances, assembly methods, sealing requirements, functional requirements and other engineering information needed to manufacture the prototype.
Prototype & Production Data
Confidential information does not end with the original CAD file. Prototype samples, manufacturing information, finishing requirements, assembly details and project-related production information may also need controlled handling.
The information needed to manufacture a prototype can reveal how a product looks, fits, works and is assembled. That is why confidentiality needs to be considered throughout the prototype manufacturing process, not only when a prototype is completed.
Customer Projects Are Not Open for Viewing
Hemtom maintains strict control over production areas and project information. Customers are not permitted to enter production workshops, including when visiting to view their own products.

Multiple customers' projects may be handled within the same production environment. Allowing one customer to enter the workshop could expose information belonging to other customers.

Production workshops are restricted areas. Customers, visitors and employees from unrelated departments are not permitted to enter production workshops.
