At the project start-up stage, the Hemtom engineering team will conduct DFM (manufacturability analysis) on the appearance design drawings provided by the customer, and optimize the structural details and processing technology based on experience to ensure that the model has good processing stability while satisfying the visual and tactile restoration. During the processing, five-axis CNC equipment is used for precision cutting, combined with manual polishing, anodizing, electroplating, spraying and other surface treatment methods to achieve delicate texture and high-quality presentation.
